The Vocational Training Council Kowloon Bay Complex will undergo main switchboard replacement works from 18 December 2025 to 1 January 2026. During this period, Pro-Act Training and Development Centre (Electronics) will be temporarily closed. The enquiries hotline (2751 5864) will also be suspended during this period.
